Default how to get a driver job RTD?

I am in Denver, RTD always says its hiring....um..always they have their sign up-

and as a person that has used the buses..
I was told that after 3 complaints from the passengers- they get fired.
Is that correct or no?

I applied, I havent driven buses before- my license should be good enough-

I have no idea why they didnt hire me, one of the drivers recommended that I apply.

Anyone know the best way to get hired?
How far back they look at a license,- I have lived in other states.. so ..then they go back further on your drivers license record.. right ?

I have wanted to call and ask them, they are vague.., and mostly have an answering machine.

let me know..

thanks,

Julie

Recently I decided to get my class A tractor trailer license too, so I can do that as well, but I prefer the bus.

Currently, my son and I live in Florida, and to be honest, its getting old here. We thought we would love it, but to be honest, We both miss snow. Not the Pittsburgh style that stays forever. just snow. I know that doesn't make sense...lol

What is the job market like for bus driver in Denver? Where would be the best places to begin? I would appreciate any input you may be able to give me.

thanks
