Yes - and I hope it's not a trend that continues. We were in Rehoboth last night about 7:30, thinking the beach would be empty that time of night. I was a bit horrified by what I saw on the boardwalk, which was 70% of the people without a mask. One server at a restaurant came out to greet what I guess were friends . The server was wearing a mask, but the group of friends was not - as she then gave each a big, extended hug.

What I see in the areas I'd consider "tourist areas" really troubles me. I guess wearing a mask just doesn't seem a part of a vacation experience and it worries me that not all the restaurants and stores are enforcing the mask requirement, judging from what I saw last night - and people are being allowed to walk the boardwalk without a mask in sight. It wasn't so crowded that we couldn't avoid them, but it's all worrisome, says the old woman.

As we have both witnessed the same thing, apparently the governor had an entirely different experience OR he was pressured to not see some things.
