I agree, very early for the DFW area, the earliest I ever remember in 30+ years here was back on Thanksgiving Day in 1993, when we had snow/ice which contributed to the most entertaining football game ever between the Cowboys and Dolphins who were slip-sliding away at Texas Stadium!
