What are some good places to buy Nursery Furniture- specifically an upholstered chair rocker/glider in the area?
I'm not impressed with what I've seen at Baby's R Us, Pottery Barn Kids is a little too expensive (I'd like to keep it in the $400-500 range, but could spend up to $750 if there's no other option), and the only one at Weir's is a chair and a half which is too big.

I'd prefer to stay in the North Dallas area + Suburbs, but am willing to go south of LBJ for a good deal.

Check out Lone Star Kids. I think it's on Preston, in Far North Dallas.

Default Furniture rep here!

I can tell you that Weirs is the best place to buy furniture if you want name brands at the lowest price. I am a furniture rep and sell them chairs all the time. The best deals are found in the clearance centers and they should have plenty of swivel gliders. Just go upstairs at the PLano store or go to the clearance center on Knox. Good Luck!

I love the swivel glider we got from Stacy furniture. We got the rest of our nursery furniture from Baby World, but sadly they went out of business last year.

I'm pretty sure that place is called Baby Bliss. They do have a good selection of mid to high end furniture and babygear.

I ordered my upholstered glider from JCPenney. That was 9 years ago, and it still looks good. I think it was about half the price of the Pottery Barn one that looks exactly like it. My kids are no longer babies, but we love that glider so much it now sits in our guest room.

Baby Bliss does have furniture - and an excellent assortment if your style is a bit more modern/ contemporary vs "precious"/ sweet, as does another store next to Zoe's in Snider Plaza. Can't remember the name of that one, but think the people who own Hip, Hip, Horray are involved in it.
