I used to live near there and signs are still up. It is slow going and I think will eventually get done, but probably around 2022 or 2023. I wouldn't wait or plan my life around it.

I also think this might be one of those projects that doesn't get finished by the original construction company and then has somebody else take it over later.

They should consider adding a crystal lagoon to the master plan.

Even if they get the cranes up, it may end up like the failed Wade Park in Frisco. How long can they avoid bankruptcy and lawsuits.

Frisco has two half-finished buildings and a giant hole.

It has been years since an update. I am still skeptical about this project. Scott Beck insists that it’s going to be the same high density development. It would be nice if it’s ever competed. Only time tell…

Yep, the city renamed it last year. Scott Beck still calls it “Dallas Midtown” though. I hate the name BTW.
