yes, NCN, I can't wait! We just haven't come up with an agreeable contract yet. I still have to believe though if they really want this house, the little demands should just blow over. I want to be fair, but they have to meet us half way.

Youngest granddaughter will be 2 next Thursday and they are coming to visit. They had hoped to come today, but work would not allow it. I have been really good since New Year's Day, but I think I will buy her a Harris Teeter birthday cake. Jeannie this is something for you to look forward to. I know there are other good birthday cakes, but Harris Teeter makes the best birthday cakes I have ever tasted. They also have a chocolate cake that is absolutely sinful.
