Lunch: Coffee and milk
3 cups of salad from lettuce, tomato, green pepper, onion and 2 T. olive garden dressing
6 slices ham
2 slices whitewheat
Will have orange a little later after signing off here
Jeannie, my oldest granddaughter eats ketchup on everything too. She is not weird, just nice. She once told me that she does not like vegetables, but she eats tomato soup. lol

Perfect! That will probably be Spring for us. Much better than coming in January and February. The flowers should be out and the birds chirpping.

Huh huh, it was such a bad day for me!!!

It started with a toast for breakfast PLUS a buisquit cake roll filled with cream!!! For lunch I had chicken with cream sauce, broccoli and potatoes and for dinner our pizza buns (with lots of fat cream and salami,...) AND chocolate OMG I'm dreading to step on the scales tomorrow morning.

Sleep well. Welcome back Roma!

Really raining now! oh well we need the rain.

Went to a Tufu House across from our office. Great to eat something warm
They usually bring out little dishes of spicy eateries
What I had was Beef Tofu. You added onto the rice. The rice they cook is different. The bottom of the bowl is burnt. Tastes crispy, then you added the tofu in it if you want to.

Dragonten, we hope you still have electricity. Heard things about California on TV.
Miguel's mom, we all do it; sometimes we just need comfort food. Get over it and get on it tomorrow--the diet not the scales.
Jeannie, is that buyer still giving you a hard time? I am beginning to wonder if they are worth it.
It never ceases to amaze me that the more I eat the more I lose. I am so energetic, I can't even stand myself. Just look over me.
Afternoon snack: yogurt
Dinner: Italian chicken breast cooked to death, really chewey!
2 corns on the cob
milk and coffee
orange
1/2 microwave bag of popcorn, dh and I shared

Youngest granddaughter will be 2 next Thursday and they are coming to visit. They had hoped to come today, but work would not allow it. I have been really good since New Year's Day, but I think I will buy her a Harris Teeter birthday cake. Jeannie this is something for you to look forward to. I know there are other good birthday cakes, but Harris Teeter makes the best birthday cakes I have ever tasted. They also have a chocolate cake that is absolutely sinful.
You can look Harris Teeter grocery stores up online.
