I'm listening to the St. Louis County scanner from Maine. They just had a carjacking from an ATM customer. A Black Mercedes was carjacked. The driver is uninjured. Local LEOs are busy so it is an ideal time for ordinary thugs with no political agendas to carry out their nefarious deeds.
St Louis is a really rough city. That carjacking probably would have happened with 5 cop cars sitting within a 2 blocks radius.
Wilson gets to walk off, whistling into the sunset.
And now, cops are going to be emboldened to bully citizens, because they know they'll get away with it.
How negative. Ultimately I think this case has and will make for positive change. However, you can't indict somebody just to prove a point if they did nothing wrong.
Based on this guy's rambling....it seems like most of the witnesses agreed that Brown started moving back towards the police officer which fits what Wilson had stated early on.
A unanimous decision by the grand jury to not indict is pretty compelling.
