It's DAMNED COLD. I've got equipment freezing up solid and it's making our ability to earn a living that much harder.

It was so freakin cold this morning, I thought my hands were going to fall off loading up the truck at 6am. I like cold weather, but not this cold.

Excellent idea. Thanks.

I'd rather have a food thread as a sticky to be honest. I've got weatherbug on my Droid phone, weather station on the laptop, and we have 1400 weather reports on the radio everyday.

I think a "food thread" would be much more beneficial to everyone.

Just my $0.02

So everyone, what's for dinner? To keep it on topic, what's for dinner since it's so cold out?

I'd go out and get a hot oil pie, but it's too cold to make the schlep. LOL.

Heading out to a new Indian place in Vernon that is FANTASTIC.

Utsav **Winner of Best Indian Restaurant ** - UTSAV Indian Cuisine - Hartford, CT

I hope the ride isn't too cold and that it doesn't snow.

There's no way I'm posting weather in the General Weather Thread. I'm posting weather here because I live in CT not anywhere else. It's considered weather in CT! This is a Connecticut Board. People need to relax.

LOL, what is an oil pie?

We did have pizza last night though, as wstvs mentioned. (I refuse to call pizza a pie. An oily pizza doesn't appeal to me either, though. )

It's slightly spicy.

When the temps are single digits like they are right now, anything that brings a little heat to your body is a good thing.

Oh yeah, i don't remember where the thread is located, but to whomever it was that said we don't get single digit temps along the coast...
