You would have to check yourself and seperate each rain event including the days they may have gotten rain and snow with same storm.

Easier to look at precip as a whole. Snow melts into ground anyway .

3:15pm Map. Here comes a batch of heavy downpours! Dark here. Winds could pick up as well as this gets pushed over us.

FYI, Pittsburgh temps dropped during the day today. We will tonight.

.57" on Saturday night/Sunday morning. .86" at Brainard Monday afternoon into Tuesday. Total of 1.43". Why can't California get some of this instead?

They are. Wet pattern for them now. Climate change is saving them! Oh, it doesnt work like that. Its only the negative effects.

....

You have to remember that they've consistently been in drought. Will there be interruptions to the pattern? You bet! but there's certainly a trend...

Anyway, back to the weather in CT

Yup. sure is a trend... of Always Happened.

Spoiler

Lot's of November snow on the map again this evening.

6-10pm loop. I see some accumulation reports of T to 2" for VA hills.

Also snowing on the hills of Hudson Valley and Western MA. Radar picking that up nicely. Nothing in Litchfield county at the moment

1am radar. Pretty cool seeing upslope snows! Snow on west side of the hills.

Look how far south the snow is coming.

Wonder if Fairfield will see anything.
