I got the fire going. What warm? LOL, Beauty about winter months I guess.


Also... we have a mind set and been accustomed to the weather lately... Seasonable will feel COLD! Watch.


Currently... RAIN AGAIN! 9th day this month. I'm at 2.70" so far.




There's Tornado warnings and severe weather going on west of us and snow in MN and Iowa (what else is new)

-5 means highs of 30-32 depending on location..lows 14-16. Nothing is showing like that till mid January and even then it is enveloped around warm ups. But at least a period of below freezing weather is showing up now. It may well grow into a cold outbreak..lets see.

GFS18z says Snowstorm for Albany and other interior areas Monday night changing to rainstorm Tuesday.

@7 WISHES: Shhhh! Don't swear like that! (Ha ha!)

@ CAMBIUM: Is central Connecticut still technically in a short term drought, even after these two latest periods of rain? Channel 3 of Hartford said that Bristol had picked up about 1.1 inches to 11 PM.

Weather Channel has 1-3 Danbury Monday night ..to rain Tuesday.

Accuweather says all rain ..see who is right

It was 65 degrees (18 C) here in New Britain and 70 degrees (21 C) in New York's Central Park.
