So what's up with Sunday/Monday? The local media outlets are talking about a chance of snow, but no meaningful accumulations. Yet posters here are talking a few inches. What gives?

My local station say up to 1-3" other say up to 4"

That last map? That's OK since it's still a few days away. The potential hasn't change for Tuesday night/Wednesday since that map has been published.

Sunday: Partly to mostly cloudy, a chance for a rain or wet snow shower in the afternoon. High: 46 inland, 47 shore.

Tonight: Snow showers. Low: mid-20s.

Monday: A chance for light snow in the very early morning then mostly sunny and breezy. Early snow estimate: Dusting-1". Low: 25. High: 34 inland, 36 shore.

Tuesday: Mostly cloudy with a chance for light snow showers. Low: 18. High: 31 inland, 33 shore.

Wednesday: Cloudy with snow or snow showers; otherwise, becoming windy during the afternoon and evening. Low: 20. High: 29 inland, 32 shore.

Thursday: Partly sunny, windy and bitterly cold. Low: 10. High: 21 inland, 23 shore.
