Without Westchester... JUST CT looks like this. Not sure what you guys are debating. lmao. I can only do so much for you. Try to look it up. I'll help a little. May 27 was a Thunderstorm in Greenwich,. June 25 intense 8am thunderstorm in Norwalk. July 15 I-95 shut down Trees down on Merrit. Let me know if you find out the rest. I have it all written down and can confirm it. Hint: A lot of them happened in the morning. And 90% of these were around the Greenwich,Stamford,Darien,Norwalk,Wilton Area.

OK but whether that's the whole state of CT or all of CT plus NYC and Westchester that's a pretty broad area. I mean in any one place. And even if all of those were in any one place, I think we average something like 30 thunderstorm days a year right? So it would still be a little "below normal" (not by much though).

I was driving in the Bronx this morning and thought looking to the south I saw a tiny "line in the sky" pointing straight to the ground and joked to myself that it's a tornado.....now I'm wondering (I was on a bridge with a view) if that's what I saw as it was the time that it actually occurred and in that direction in the distance (about 15-20 miles away but you can see some NYC skyscrapers from where I was too), wow!
