Hotmail: I can sign in but cannot open anything. The mouse doesn't work on one single thing once I log in. However, I can log in and open mail, click on everything else when using another computer. What would cause it to work on one computer but not the other?

Corrupt Internet cache files? Some sort of a security or script blocking software? Corrupt browser?
Have you tried running a temp file cleaner like ATF-Cleaner or CCleaner to see if it helped?

It would be best to provide detailed info so people can give better suggestion. Info on the following should always be included for this type of an issue:

- Version of Windows plus installed service packs?
- Browser in question and its version?
- Any add-ons that are installed and enabled?
- Is there a network/Internet Security suite or firewall installed?
- Have you tried another browser to see if Hotmail worked?

Most importantly:
- When was the last time it worked properly?
- Did you add/delete or change anything on the system prior to this issue?

Download and run Malwarebytes. You might have a nasty grabbing control on that page. Let it check for updates when it runs.

It is just on one particular computer, mine. (I can login and use the email fine on any other computer).

I would but Malwarebytes sends it to your email and I cannot open emails.

Sends what to your email? As far as I know malwarebytes sends nothing to my email. You could try MSE.

I had a problem with hotmail last night. I turned off addblock and it worked fine. Perhaps you have something blocking your hotmail from opening like a spam blocker or something.

Noscript is probably blocking something.

What browser are you using?

Malwarebytes downloads to your default download folder.

So does Ccleaner, which you should also download and run. Click at the top right "Download latest version" and wait until the box opens for the download. Don't click anything except in the gray box.

Here are some references for Ccleaner and how to use it.
