It's been snowing in Cortez since last night and the snow is expected to continue for the rest of Monday. Thankfully, I don't have to go anywhere, and I'm loving it! This should be a good growing season for our farmers and ranchers - they need one after last year.

Got another 2 inches of snow this morning. And there is another front that is going to roll into Mesa County tonight. Am watching KKCO-11's ski report--whoa!! Wolf Creek has a 128 inch base!

I'm so glad the drought isn't happening and that people are skiing and people are making their livings! It's so pretty, too.

And another inch of snow this morning in Mesa County. Fluffy stuff, like yesterday's snow. The big digital C-DOT sign over I-70 at mile post 21 is pretty much the same message all this week stating the traction law for cars, trucks, and jeeps--and chains being required on semis.

Hopefully Colorado Rambler will post later today, from what the GJ tv stations are saying it is just flat coming down today-a foot of snow in town and two feet in the mountains.
