I saw the Miss St. game. Although the Bulldogs are probably not quite an elite team yet, they're definitely going to be a team to be reckoned with this year. They're not going to be the same old pushovers that they've been the better part of the last decade. Defensively, they're an improvement over a team that was already pretty solid in 2011, but their offense is revamped, and that's the big difference. They're not an offensive juggernaut or anything, but they're the kind of team that can control the ball on the ground and mix it up with the occasional deep ball with Tyler Russell at QB. I think they'll get at least 8 wins this season, and Alabama, LSU, and Arkansas are going to find their meeting with Miss St. a bit tougher this time around.

Penn St. loses 17-16 to Virginia on a last second missed FG. The Penn St. kicker made only one FG in five attempts. Sad!!!!

Good to see Miss State win today. They are easily my favorite SEC team. I drank many beers with them when the Ducks played a home and home with them 10 or so years ago. Fans were really cool and were just good folks...except one. I almost feel bad about stealing that drunk and obnoxious ****** hand crafted cowbell when he started mouthing off. But, in college a dare is a dare. But, man, he was fat and I am glad he didn't catch me because he would have flatten me and I can hold me own...but he was a big ol' boy. Oh, college...

Wisconsin is down 10-0 midway through the 4th quarter. LOL!

Beavers over Badgers. I'll say it again, Big 10 is overrated. Michigan barely sneaks by Air Force at home? Iowa losing to Iowa St.?

Man, this Georgia-Missouri game has been really shakey by both teams. SEC all the way though.

What do you think the PAC 12 thinks of their 2 new teams? Sac St.?

Another week, another Big 10 fail.
- Michigan escapes Air Force
- Oregon St over Wisconsin
- Virginia over Penn St
- Iowa St over Iowa
- UCF competitive against Ohio St

At half
- Vandy up on Northwestern
- UCLA tied with Nebraska

---------
Upset watch: LA Monroe within a score of #8 Arkansas.

I think the B1G is overrated, but I couldn't see Wisconsin only scoring 7 points and losing to Oregon St.

Georgia is playing an awful game.

UL Monroe just beat Arkansas on a 4th-down TD after tying the game late in the 4th.

First win against ranked team for the Warhawks.
