And see how well developed Chester is, right? Chester has already existed for a long time and it's also not a 45 mph speed limit. try again.

Chester was there long before the east side burned itself to the ground. Euclid Avenue still has a long way to go as well. The fact that Chester is not well ''developed'' has more to do with Cleveland's overall decline.

Hey some promising news for the campus district:

Student housing project could replace former Jewish Federation of Cleveland offices near CSU campus | cleveland.com

That Jewish Headquarters really needs to go anyway, but I have mixed feelings about the building next to it to come down.
I think the developer should also extend the building to the other adjacent parking lot behind the art gallery. Regardless I like the idea.
