I think he mentions that when he films in any city, he finds a project or somewhere to put his money for a good cause. That's about it. I don't think he has a connection via family or from previous visits.

Yes, it would include new rights of ways. The E 36th route, while easier to build, is too far east really get CLE's light rail system to work.

I would have a west side extension, with a line heading east-west on St Clair, and use the Detroit-Superior Bridge again.

Oh, well, I guess they should route it down E 18th then. Big ol' apartment, Playhouse Square, and Cleveland State.

This is exciting, another apartment tower breaking ground by the end of this year. The 28 floor beacon apartment building has already started. Any news on nucleus tower starting?

It's good to see planned light and heavy rail lines expanded in their future plans.
Take those extended lines to the densest population neighborhoods and suburbs first.
