Which city do you think has the fastest growing skyline in the South/ South East.
Take into consideration new, recent, under-construction and cancelled tower/ mid rises going up in these cities.
Ill list the ten most populouse cities in the southeast to begin with and use as critieria.
Despite anyone's opinion, Miami clearly has the most rapidly changing skyline using your criteria.
Anyone who answers differently is either ignorant of what has been going on in the last several years or is so clouded by their own boosterism that they'd answer with their city's name no matter what the question is.

From the list I would say Atlanta. I really don't count empty condo towers.
Yes. They are just figments of ones imagination. Why do you always have to be such a Miami hater? Even when the question is completely objective, you always find a way to be negative.
Hasn't construction activity halted in Atlanta in terms of the skyline? If so, then it can't be the fastest growING skyline.
Now, if we had said which skyline had grown the most in recent years, than I would've understood why people might've voted for it, but even then Miami has experience the most growth.
Anyways, I voted Charlotte, as it is actually still growing and its new buildings have made and will make the most impact on its skyline. Second, imo, is Miami.( I understand it has some buildings u/c, or am I wrong?)
Also, I consider these more Southeastern cities, if we had said South, I would've included other states like LA or TX.

As far as buildings affecting the skyline, Charlotte doesn't have anything going up anymore. The buildings that you are probably referring to are either completed or very near completion. there is some construction on some low to mid-rise buildings but none of these are skyscrapers that will affect the skyline. In other words, Charlotte is in the same boat as Atlanta right now. As far as the last decade, It is definitely a battle between Atlanta and Miami.
