Which small city will become the South's fastest growing small city do to jobs, retail, and other factors?

I'm assuming you mean the metro and not just the city. I think that Greenville has them most promise of the listed cities. I think there are other contenders that are not listed.

I think Huntsville will become the fastest out of all of them. Let's face it, Huntsville has a big bright future. After Huntsville, is mobile. With the steel plant and other major jobs predicted for the area growth will spark throughout Mobile. And Greenville.............................?

Really, its not even close, its definitely Greenville, its location between Charlotte and Atlanta helps it out tremendously.

The Greenville/Spartanburg area seems to have the most momentum of any of these cities right now.
