Per capita murder rates 2009

Houston-13 per 100,000
Phoenix- 8 per 100,000
Albuquerque- 11 per 100,000
Tucson- 7 per 100,000
San Antonio 7 per 100,000

No where on the internet could I find any numerical facts indicating that murders have shot upward in 2010 in any of the above cities compared to the 2009 rates which are rather low

Meh, there are districts in Chicago with 45,000 people that have more murders in an entire year than ABQ or Tuscon.
