It was a typo. As of December 1st

NoLa - 63.5% (240 murders/376k pop)
St. Louis - 61% (181 murders/293k pop)
Baltimore - 53.6% (309 murders/576k pop)
Memphis - +41.5% (+263 murders/633k pop)

A few others for Miami-Dade the past week, the county now has more murders than last year. I'd guess the county + city of Miami is now hovering at around 140.
