Default I voted other

My vote goes to Baltimore for a large city and Albany, GA for a mid sized one. However I would definitely include my current place of living too, which is Valdosta, GA!!

Baltimore? I'd say its the capitol of crab cakes but not black people. I dont think Bmore folks would even co-sign that. Even for a big city NY and Chicago and Philly have the most in the city limits. Just use some stats

ATL georgia wins. Lots of wealthy blacks their. Second is DC lots of black people that work for the goverment.
For mexicans Dallas texas, man when those latinos come over here to get a better life they really mean it.Second is Los angeles, again lots of wealthy latinos.
