Does it say anything about children. It's hard to tell if there will be a post trib, mid or post because there are so many different interpretations of the same verses. So at this point, I'm just trying to prepare myself mentally. My big worry is seeing my kids suffer. Does anyone know anything to ease my mind on this. I know I can handle anything coming my way, but I'm not sure what I'd do if I saw someone hrting my kids - Just curious - I appreciate any thoughts and thanks

Welcome, Alana. I believe that the Bible gives enough evidence for a pre-trib rapture, and children that God deems too young to understand will be taken in the rapture. Some people believe that children under 12 will not be held accountable, but I think it's a wise idea to base it on the child and teach them from birth about Christ and when they are old enough to say Jesus, lead them to Him.

If you have friends and family, no matter what their age, now is the time to try to get them to accept Christ. Do ALL that you can, Alana. There is a storm coming.

You really believe this? When the flood came, there were children on earth.

The sins of the fathers will visit the children.

There is no evidence of a mass Rapture before the woes, there are those that have been caught up but they are individuals that have pleased God and lived according to His promises, and have been quickened by the Spirit of God.

If you care for your childrens welfare, then overcoming sin is the best solution to the future events. When you overcome, you are given power, even the power of the Holy Spirit. You could move a mountain, multiply matter, and be in constant communication with our Heavenly Father.

godspeed,

freedom

Yes I do believe this. I'm not sure about the age thing, but preparing a child to know Jesus from birth is the solution. When the flood came, there had been warnings for years of its' coming. It's a completely different situation that doesn't involve a rapture. The parents are at fault for the children losing their lives. They did not heed the warnings from God and Noah.

God is a just God and He will do what is necessary to spare innocent lives.

While i agree that we should raise a child in the way they shall go... the blood is not on God's hands, it is on Man's hands. The innocent have been slaughtered since the Garden.
It's the way of the fall...

Havn't we been warned for 2,000 yrs. It's been written for at least 1,500 yrs.

As in the days of Noah, so shall the end be....

godspeed,

freedom

He can do what He wants; remember the Amaleks?

Now go and smite Amalek, and utterly destroy all that they have, and spare them not; but slay both man and woman, infant and suckling, ox and sheep, camel and ass.

What scripture would you suggest that I look up to find that teaching?

You're asking me how to climb a mountain, but in reviewing some posts written by you, it would require to start at the begining. I simply just can't suggest a scripture that tells you how to get a doctrinal point when the foundation of the knowledge that you where instructed in begins incorrectly.

However...... I would suggest to begin would be first to take off the glasses of millennialism....then it would be easier to read the scripture that teaches such.

And no, I'm not preterist.
