How can anyone hold onto the ideology of hell and eternal damnation, when the Scriptures speak to that of all being reconciled? This is just baffling, and utter ignorance on the part of those who have been brainwashed with those nonsensical beliefs?

People who do not use their brains and reasoning abilities will remain in ignorance.

Evangelical Christianity, as a group, are some of the most ill informed individuals within Christendom. They are content to skim over the Scriptures with little thought to what they read, nor a desire to probe any further.

Until such time as there is a spiritual hunger out of an awakening of His Presence, things shall continue with the samo samo.

Damnation

There are exactly 11 verses (in the KJV).

In 3 of the 11, it is directed towards none other than the Scribes & Pharisees.

What is damnation?

koine ktisis =

1. Judgment

2. A separation.

3. A decision given (right or wrong).

4. Condemnation & penalty.

Koine krima =

1. A decree.

2. Condemnation of wrong (mild or severe).

3. That to which one is sentenced.

Questions =

1. What is greater krima?

2. Why is (perrissos krima) applied specifically to Scribes and Pharasees?

3. What is the difference between perrissos krima & standard krima?

4. Standard krima applies to those who blaspheme the Holy Spirit. Why?

No. Sanctification is the life-long process of Christians becoming like Christ. Salvation blots out our sin. Acts 3:19 One can only be purified by faith in Christ.

Well i would say one can only be purified by Christs faithfulness. He was faithful to His calling jimmie and his calling was for the world.

Oh no jer they use the parable of the rich man and Lazarus as what take place in gehenna and according to that parable those in abe can witness and speak to those in hell.

They must not like that part so they make up an excuse by saying those in heaven will not remember those lost to hell.

We are purified by Christ’s blood, when we place our faith in Him.

Sanctification is HOW you show your faith in Jesus, Jimmie. By TRYING to act from agape love during your daily life as often as possible, you demonstrate the same faith in God and Jesus that Abraham showed by TRYING to kill his son. It is what we TRY to do out of agape love that shows our faith in Jesus.
