Well if you really think about it brother they did kind of quote each other.


If Matthew and Luke are based off mark and the elusive Q then it can be said that the NT writers do indeed quote one another.

Jesus quoted Scripture that isn't even Scripture! Meaning He had something other than Scripture as written in His mind.

maybe its from the elusive Q, or even a paraphrase of one of the other books that so many do not believe to be scripture or like you say it was a scripture written on his heart and mind
