For all those who want to know what Philippians 2:10&11 really is saying ...

Psa 22:27
All the ends of the earth shall remember, and shall be converted to the Lord: And all the kindreds of the Gentiles shall adore in his sight

and ...

Psa 66:4
All the earth do bow to Thee, They sing praise to Thee, they praise Thy name.' Selah.

Psa 68:32
Kingdoms of the earth, sing ye to God, Praise ye the Lord. Selah.

Psa 98:4
Make a joyful noise unto the LORD, all the earth: make a loud noise, and rejoice, and sing praise.

Isa 26:19
Your dead shall live; their bodies shall rise. You who dwell in the dust, awake and sing for joy! For your dew is a dew of light, and the earth will give birth to the dead.

Isa 49:13
Let your voice be loud in song, O heavens; and be glad, O earth; make sounds of joy, O mountains, for the Lord has given comfort to his people, and will have mercy on his crushed ones

Jer 31:12
They will come and shout for joy on the heights of Zion; they will rejoice in the bounty of the LORD--the grain, the new wine and the oil, the young of the flocks and herds. They will be like a well-watered garden, and they will sorrow no more.

Mikes twisted interpretation contradicts the scriptures ... The truth is all the earth and everything in it and the heavens and all that is in them and all that is beneath will turn to the lord and sing his name and worship him with joyous praises and will glorify his name.

Selah ...

The believer

The Lord God has ordained that the only way a man can pleased Him on earth is by faith. Thus if a believer bows down and confesses that Jesus is Lord and Saviour when he is alive on earth, the Lord God is pleased and thus gives the gift of eternal life to the believer.

Eph 2:8 - For by grace are ye saved through faith.

The Unbeliever

When the unbeliever dies and meets the Lord Jesus at the Great White Throne, the Lord Jesus will supernaturally open the unbeliever’s eyes. The unbeliever would have thus bow down and confess that Jesus Christ is Lord by SIGHT.

This DOES NOT please the Lord for it is written but without faith, it is impossible to please Him and hence The Lord will not forgive nor save the unbeliever.

Heb 11:6 - But without faith it is impossible to please him: for he that cometh to God must believe that he is, and that he is a rewarder of them that diligently seek him.

The Holy Spirit cannot enter an unbeliever’s body at the Great White Throne

An unsanctified unbeliever’s body is unclean and full of female sanitary napkin (bloody, dirty, smelly) as describe by Isaiah 64; 6. - But we are all as an unclean thing, and all our righteousness are as filthy rags.

And since the unbeliever is so full of bloody, dirty, smelly sanitary napkin, every gift that he offers is also stained by menstrual blood.
Do not profane the holy name of the Holy Spirit by suggesting that the Holy Spirit will enter the unbeliever’s body at the Great White Throne to help them confess that Jesus is Lord.

The Most High God is HOLY cannot and will never ever accept a profane sinner into His Holy presence.

Psalm 1:5 - Therefore the ungodly shall not stand in the judgment, nor sinners in the congregation of the righteous.

The unbeliever will have to suffer for his own sins which is the second death in the Lake of Fire. For the wages of sin is death.

What purpose is belief by sight after death if nothing changes? What good is it to have faith if you see truth?

Thomas had to see to believe and he was saved... right?

You can post all the scriptures you like and you would be better off taking the stance that the bible contradicts itself because the case is stronger from your point of view for that.

Since the bible does not contradict itself to any degree that would be proclaimed significant, then any position you take to state that it is NOT ALWAYS trustworthy to confess Jesus as LORD is the contradiction.
Indeed, the Scriptures do not contradict themselves.

1 Tim 1:15 says, 'It is a trustworthy statement, deserving full acceptance, that Christ Jesus came into the world to save sinners...'

John 3:36 says 'He who believes in the Son has eternal life; but he who does not believe the Son shall not see life but the wrath of God abides on him.

Salvation is contengent upon faith in Christ. The refusal to believe in Christ results in the wrath of God abiding on the unbeliever which results in eternity in the lake of fire.

The scriptures are quite clear that the timeframe for receiving Christ as Savior is this life. Hebrews 9:27 is rejected by universalists precisely because it does limit attaining salvation to this life. 'And inasmuch as it is appointed for men to die once and after this comes judgment...' This places the responsibility on man to make a faith decision in Christ before he departs from this world. Again, Luke 16:19-30 shows that immediately after death, the unbeliever finds himself in torments in Hades. The context of the passage makes it clear that there are no second chances after death.

We were all unbelievers at one time and at enmity with God, and we are all still sinners and our personal righteousness is as dirty rags, that is why we need the blood of Christ to cover our sins.

The holy spirit has to come into us in order to convict us of our sin and unbelief and renew our carnal natures and revive our spirits so that we can repent and confess and acknowledge the truth and be saved now in this life. It is only by the power of the holy spirit that one is able to confess to begin with, so your remarks above don't make any sense.

One cannot have faith unless one is spiritually reborn, as faith is a fruit of the spirit. So it is by election that those of us who believe have faith which pleases the God. As it is written ...

Phl 2:13
For it is God which works in you both to will and to do of his good pleasure.

So if faith is the only thing hat pleases God, and if it is god that works within us to do what pleases him(i.e. have faith) then the only reason someone does not have faith to please God is because God has not yet worked within them to do so.

And as Kat noted above, the apostle Thomas could not believe by faith alone that Jesus resurrected, but had to see it to believe it. Is the apostle Thomas burning in hell and will he be eternally tormented also? The same Goes for the apostle Paul who had to see Christ on the road to Damascus in order to be converted and believe. Is he damned also?

Again more rhetoric and very few scriptural references. If you would rightly divide the word you would understand that God is the one responsible for every aspect of our salvation, including giving us repentance to acknowledge the truth and faith.

2Ti 2:25
In meekness instructing those that oppose themselves; if God peradventure will give them repentance to the acknowledging of the truth

Rom 12:3
For by the grace given me I say to every one of you: Do not think of yourself more highly than you ought, but rather think of yourself with sober judgment, in accordance with the measure of faith God has given you.

Hbr 12:2
Let us fix our eyes on Jesus, the author and perfecter of our faith, who for the joy set before him endured the cross, scorning its shame, and sat down at the right hand of the throne of God.

Peace ...

Indeed.

Romans 1:17
For in the gospel a righteousness from God is revealed, a righteousness that is by faith from first to last, just as it is written: "The righteous will live by faith."

Yes, it is ALWAYS trustworthy to confess Jesus as Lord, there is no scripture you posted that contains the information to be able to rightly believe that it will EVER be UNTRUSTWORTHY to do so.

So Scripture does not contradict, only those whos doctrinal beliefs would cast doubt upon that Trustworthy act will contradict.

These passages do not in any way support universal salvation. They do not refer to those who are 'under the earth' which refers to those who are lost.

Psa 22:27
All the ends of the earth shall remember, and shall be converted to the Lord: And all the kindreds of the Gentiles shall adore in his sight
Psalms 22:27 deals with the Millennial kingdom that Christ will establish upon the earth when He returns at His second advent. But there will be many who reject Christ as Savior during the Millennium. Revelation 20:7-10.

The above 3 passages all relate to the Millennium and have nothing to do with universal salvation.

Isa 26:19
Your dead shall live; their bodies shall rise. You who dwell in the dust, awake and sing for joy! For your dew is a dew of light, and the earth will give birth to the dead.
Isa 26:19 is a reference to the resurrection of those who are saved. In contrast, Daniel 12:2 speaks of the resurrection of some to eternal life and others to disgrace and everlasting contempt. 'And many of those who sleep in the dust of the ground will awake, these to everlasting life, but the others to disgrace and everlasting contempt. The unbeliever whose soul is in hades will be resurrected to stand before the Great White Throne for final sentencing to the lake of fire where he will reside for eternity (Revelation 20:11-15).

Quote:
Isa 49:13
Let your voice be loud in song, O heavens; and be glad, O earth; make sounds of joy, O mountains, for the Lord has given comfort to his people, and will have mercy on his crushed ones
Those who are lost are not God's people. His afflicted refers to His people. To those who are born again. It refers to the regenerate of Israel.

Quote:
Jer 31:12
They will come and shout for joy on the heights of Zion; they will rejoice in the bounty of the LORD--the grain, the new wine and the oil, the young of the flocks and herds. They will be like a well-watered garden, and they will sorrow no more.
Whereas Jeremaiah chapter 30 concerned the tribulation and Israel's delverance, Chapter 31 deals with Israel during the Milennium.

Those who are on the earth are distinquished from those who are under the earth which refers to the lost. The passages listed above have absolutely nothing to do with those who are lost.

And every single one of those passages can easily be researched concerning what they mean and what they refer to.

Those unbelievers who acknowledge that Jesus is Lord when they stand before Him in judgment will not be saved by that acknowledgement. The recognition of Jesus' Lordship is something that all will come to realize. It is not the same as receiving Christ as Savior which can only be done while during this life. As Matthew 7:21-23 states with absolute crystal clarity, ''Not everyone who says to Me, Lord, Lord,' will enter into the kingdom of heaven.' All unbelievers who acknowledge the Lordship of Christ when they stand before Him in jugdment will be ordered by Him to depart from Him into the lake of fire (Matthew 7:21-23 compared with Matthew 25:41,46).

The only people that would say "lord, lord" would be believers, Mike. You know very well that there will be many "believers" who say they served God but really only served the system.

Those who DO HIS WILL and all........
