sick what are they doing in the sidewalks? aren't there ordinances about letting your dog pee on the sidewalks?

omg gross. is this for real? there really are human **** puddles on the sidewalks? Is this a common occurance or rare? I don't think I can ever get use to that. ew what if I step in one while running and it splashes on me or worse into my mouth!

Uh - have you visited the Chicago Consulate Branch in Houston yet? They require you to get Hepatitis vaccines because of how often urine splashback results in the spread of disease here. Most of us are immune, now. But you, I doubt it.

Good call, jdiddy. I had to wait six weeks for my pissport when I first moved here. Getting it in advance is the way to go.
