You can search by license plate number or by your drivers license number here: https://parkingtickets.cityofchicago...rchTickets.jsp

I have noticed on a couple of occasions that tickets will show up using one but not the other, so if you can't find it by license plate, try searching by your driver's license number, or vice versa. Once you find it, you should be able to pay it by credit card.

Im not from Chicago but Im pretty sure you can search and pay for your ticket online. You usually just need your DL #, personal info & Credit Card.

Try searching by your VIN number.

I know this is a reach here, but have you tried a Sec. of State facility?

You can do it at a currency exchange but they'll charge you a pretty big service fee for it. I think they charge like $20 or something, and that's on top of your regular plate fee.
