Perhaps a more constructive topic for discussion would be how to prevent such shootings.
So you're blaming society on this tragedy?

It's no less fair than blaming a mother you know absolutely nothing about.

What exactly do I need to know about a woman who has 8 children and lives in the projects?

Who are you trying to lay blame on? Where did society fail this person.

I have an idea, how about she take some personal responsibility, but then again, that's an unknown concept to liberals.

Oh, geez. Your op was offensive enough, but you managed to continue your negativity with a nice sweeping generalization about a whole political party. Way to go!

As dumb of a generalization as it was, being Liberal doesn't necessitate a political affiliation.

Smile Without reading more than one thread...

this DOES bother me b/c how far have we really come? Having children is a wonderful thing when the parents are responsible, caring and able to care and actually raise their children.

8 children living in the projects and no doubt getting more and more welfare for every child.
What a crazy society we live in.
the part in bold is the ONLY thing that outrages me. i could care less about how many children people choose to have and I refuse to make the ASSumptions that these kids were fathered by multiple fathers, the mothers weren't married, or even that any/all these kids were born in the projects while the mothers were on welfare

I'm FAR more outraged that kids are killing other kids on school grounds for a dumb hat; I'm FAR more outraged that this school has as much security around it as some minimum security prisons; I'm FAR more outraged that kids are terrified of gang retaliation and so are skipping school; I'm FAR more outraged that almost 2 dozen students have been killed this year (this averages out to MORE than 1 a WEEK!); I'm FAR more OUTRAGED that, instead of providing helpful insight on how to keep this from happening again, idiots instead create dumb threads only to mount character attacks against disadvantaged people and make sweeping assumptions
