So i just bought a townhome across from Fatz Cafe and i love the area! I always lived in south charlotte but is getting old unless you go to Ballentyne and is too pricy for me, im only 21. Never been a fan of South Tryon but i guess from John Price towards Lake Wylie is really nice!!! Great amenities and the neighbors and residents around me are great! Anybody lives around here and wants to give their opinion?

Sorry I can't help on the area where you've bought since I am north of there, but just wanted to say Congratulations on your new home and welcome to the C-D forums. Enjoy!

Congrats! I don't live in that area but I'm over there quite a bit and it seems like a good place for young people to live. Close to lots of shopping, restaurants, etc. I just sold a townhome right near you to a young person and she is so excited!

Nice to hear a recommendation from someone your age - we get asked for recommendations for young people and now I know to tell folks to consider that area.

Congrats on your purchase - that is a wonderful accomplishment at your age! Keep posting and let us know about the area as you continue to discover great reasons to live there!
