Interested in Harrisburg/Cabarrus Cty..anyone moving there from the northeast? Anyone already there that could offer information? Thanks!!

I'm not too far from Harrisburg NC area.
Harrisburg is nice. It is more like upscale town feeling not like Concord NC which is small old town feeling.

Population is blooming in Harrisburg area. Housing cost in Harrisburg is bit more expensive than Concord area.

Property tax in Harrisburg is bit more expensive than Concord.

Downtown Traffic on Hwy 49 is nightmare. You don't want to be in that area during rush hours.
