I live in SC, but am only 5 miles from Kell and 521. It's nice to see that a new HT will be opening there too. It's about .5 mile further for us then the one in Fort Mill near Baxter; however it is a much easier and direct drive.
I love going to Blakeney and we just joined the new Peak Fitness closeby too. Can you believe they're putting in ANOTHER Harris Teeter though?!?! Before you know it, they'll add another Target.

There are like 3 HT's within a mile of each other around South Park mall.
I live in the Blakeney Greens sub-division as well and my wife and I LOVE IT! Walk to anything. And if there is in fact a Best Buy going up, I'll never need my car to go anywhere other than work.

Pinkpockets, is this the 24 hour fitness place and can you tell us how much their memberships are going versus the YMCA? Thanks.
They are so much cheaper than the Y, but you arent getting all of the services either. I have a discount through my work and paid $250 upfront for an entire year. I'm not sure what the regular rates are. I believe you get a month free if you pay in full. And this is for a "metro pass" that will allow you membership to the other gyms in the area too. I can work out at any Peak Fitness in Charlotte.
I have heard that a REAL NJ/NY Diner will be built on the corner of 521 and AK as well. I can't wait.
