My male cat his name is Leo he has not been himself at all he is not eating he is not drinking, he meows when we pick him up or put him down.. HE also has trouble going to the bathroom in the litter box

what shell I do ???

Take him to the Vet immediatly. When a cat can't go to the bathroom thats a HUGE problem. I had a cat that had a blocked urethra, he would have died had I not gotten him to the vet in time.
