I agree with Elston Cyn and I love that song by ricky nelson.........it is all right now.........learned my lesson well..........believe me, I have had a ton of lessons to learn through the years. Seems the same things keep happening until I finally learn the lesson. Good feeling when you finally do though
Youth is wasted on the young
I didn't sleep very long last night--5 hours and for me that just is not enough. I felt like a cat on a hot tin roof again... Guess I just have so much on my mind. Even my medications for relaxing didn't do much. I'm having a very hard time concentrating today too. I did make up my lists to help but so far I haven't done one thing on my list--have done several things not on the list though! Ha! That's my old ADHD kicking in--I sure would love to get that under better control! Ugh! Anyhow just needed to share....feeling a tad lonely.
I just need to get off my pity potty ASAP because I'm getting real tired of how it is making me feel both physically and mentally. It is not good! It is such an easy place to fall into and yet a hard place to climb out of sometimes. For some reason I am having more trouble seeing the light then usual.
