You could say the same thing about people who burglarize houses and steal cars. That money will go straight back into the economy and the thieves WILL use that money for buying food and other household necessities. Also, I'm not sure what you mean by "tax breaks for the rich" but if a group of people pay the highest tax rate and the highest amount of taxes on an individual and a group basis yet receive the least amount in government benefits in return, maybe they deserve a "break".
