Lol. I just did exactly that in another thread: https://www.city-data.com/forum/57579901-post111.html

Not my fault that there are so many more faux conservatives on this forum making dumber posts than liberals (though there are a few doozey liberals as well).

I hope this thread doesn't turn into another political one. We have enough of those around here. And for the record, I may not like the president but I don't hate him. I don't hate anyone. It's a destructive emotion that destroys the mind and health of the person doing the hating.

Mgforshort, if you can find a way to keep yourself clean other than emulating what Toby does (and you know what that is) , and you can't find toilet paper in the store, those portable bidets are your best option.

Man you are trying hard to find an application for that leaf-blower before it gets banned, eh!

Submarines are anathema to me. I’ve been aboard only 2, I think. Freaks me out. (I was an airman in the Navy - kinda as opposite as you can get from submariner ... ‘bubble-heads’ as they are called). I can’t even crawl headfirst into my sleeping bag to retrieve a lost sock ... let alone go down below the waves for 3-6 months in a sub. One of my best friends is an old ‘bubble-head’ ... nutcase ... practical joker ... can’t hardly sit down in a chair in his place without wondering what’s under the cushion. I guess that’s what mentality develops when you are stuck long periods of time in small spaces with a crew who are biding time till their next beer in the sunlight.

Keep thinking on the leaf blower thang though. Maybe donate to a zoo as a hair dyer for their yaks?

You think the media is nuts? Here’s a couple examples of how nuts PEOPLE are:

Arkansas pastor claims church members willing to 'lick the floor' to prove coronavirus a hoax

The media are just covering nutty PEOPLE.
You have your views I have mine. The media is taking every opportunity to run with anything negative and the libs have pushed and pushed. Anyone who does not think most of the media is anti Trump and anti right is living with their heads in the sand. We have personally talked to doctors in our family and other professional including both our PC and a specialist and they all say, the media is over playing this. End of story for me.

I didn’t bring up politics and crazy political conspiracy theories. Posters robertfchew and nmnita did. Then dcisive ... and he aimed his nonsense squarely and inaccurately at me as a personal portrayal.

That kinda thing infects these forums like a virus all the time.

Did the evil media politicize CV to blame Trump for the outbreak in Italy? Or is it actually running rampant over there all on its own? These truths aren’t “views”, nita. They are facts. All around the world governments are struggling with this outbreak having not a gawddang thing to do with media hating Trump.

I can hear the calls already: Hi, I work for the state of California and have been assigned to assist you with grocery shopping and other tasks. I only need your credit card and banking information along with ssn#. Additionally I can access your safe deposit box and also deposit valuables such as money and jewelry for you.
If possible I would use your car to run these errands for you. I would need the keys and title to ensure an above board transaction for you. Call right away before others take advantage of my services!
Gosh, I hope the elderly don't fall for this, giving so much personal and financial info. to a stranger!!!

I talk to few friends that are lawyers and in their opinion neither the mayor nor the governor has the authority to shutdown the business and /or put restriction on them. In order to do it must be shown that the business it self dangerous to the public. Considering they been open for many years and it haven't been dangerous, it's highly unlikely that court would back up the order to close

Yeah? Maybe your lawyer friends should read this:
