Work Location: going to grad school at CU
Rental amount: $2,000 a month
Need 4 bedrooms
No dogs or cats.

Is living directly in Boulder not a good idea? For a family like mine? I guess the $2,000 a month rent would answer my question, correct? It would be so easy to live right where I am going to be everyday.

You might be able to find something for $2000 - 2500. I was looking on Boulder craigslist and saw one for $2200. That was about the cheapest. I don't think you can post those on here but the address is 4805 Moorhead if you want to search it. You'd probably get twice the house just outside of Boulder but it's a trade off.

P.S. It looks like it is about 950 sq. feet but that's what you get in Boulder.

I did see a couple right now that are on CL for that price range. I was shocked really. They are single family houses, but very small. But the perk is not having to commute.
