No one here ever has owned or known anyone that has owned a 1980's-1990's Chevy S-10/S-15, Mazda B-2200 or A Nissan Hardbody PU truck that was lowered back in the day?
Yeah, but just one end because the leaf springs were broken and the shocks were worn out.

I do. But I was a little embarrassed to admit. Still ducking my head as I admit.
Yeah all white out Mazda B with dancing beds. With a sticker of a palm tree. "Local Motion"

Yes, I have to agree. I kind of miss the lowriders, they were all over the place when we lived in CA, but here the last 20 years I only see a few at a big car show, none on the streets. There have been some with incredible airbrushed art, I remember a blue '64 Impala that was amazing, though "R" rated..
If someone takes a vehicle and molds it into what they want that vehicle to be and does it to high standards they have my respect and admiration. It doesn't matter if it's a low rider, donk, street rod, street machine, rat rod or a restored to factory specs muscle car. Some I like, some I don't but that's kind of the whole point. Hell, even the guy who buys a car and does nothing to it but keep it looking and running like new for 20 plus years is a brother of mine. Fads come and go but, even that proves there are hobbyist out there trying to create the next niche which is a good thing.

lowered hell!! some of those vehicles would lay frame on the ground. heck if the builders could, they would have gotten the frames underground.
I don't get it....13 batteries in the trunk..A vehicle that can barely be driven over speed bumps or dips in the road. Who cares if the wheels can hop off the ground? this thing is completely impractical. It seems to appeal to people who are "all show and no GO"...
To answer your question, IMHO, they are pretty dumb-looking. And pricey, too.
Are lowrider cars the dumbest things you have ever seen?
Yes, but let the kids (young and old) have their fun.
I have horses. They survive off my bank account. At the moment we live in different states. That might be the dumbest thing...
