So much better/different than the modern "Buicks."
Of course, the modern "Buicks" aren't. The last real Buick was the '96 Roadmaster but, though a nice car compared to contemporaries, it was hideous and by no means in the same league as the great 60s Buicks.
Modern "Buicks" are Buicks like Howard Stern is Walter Cronkite.
When I had an 86 Olds Cutlass station wagon, on its last legs, I was shopping around and an Olds dealer pointed to it and said "If I had a hundred of those on the lot right now, I'd have them all sold by the end of the day".
I wound up with a '93 Toyota Previa, which, all things taken into account, I think is the greatest car ever built in the world. There will never be anything like it again, for practical bullet-proof utility.. I saw one go by yesterday. It brought tears to my eyes.
Great minds think a like I was on the same wavelength when I read the question. The first name that popped into my mind was Daniela Pestova but since it is automotive... since you went first, I'll go with Jill Wagner

Another model that I always lusted after but could not justify (even though the price was not bad IMHO) was the Pontiac Solstice. Every time I see one I wish they still were available (new). I always thought they would be a good car to collect......
