The win at the cost of another rider has no place in MotoGp.
It happens though. Sofuogalu took out Lowes on the last corner of the last lap a couple of weeks ago. I cant tell you how many times I've seen Mladin put people in the dirt on the final lap. Ditto for Josh Brookes. Remember the battles between Rossi and Gibernau??? How many times did Vale put Sete in the dirt???? Not saying it's ok but it does happen a lot and, much like fights in baseball, is a part of the sport.

This is true.
I think Marquez is under investigation though. Given it was only lap 6, I think it was a reckless move.
For the Americans that are following this thread, have you heard whether or not Cameron Beaubieu (sp??) will be in Moto2 next year. He demolished the AMA Supersport grid by winning all but 1 or 2 races I think and Scott Russel kept hinting that he should be in the MotoGP paddock.
Haven't heard anything yet but I think he has a good chance.

And the racing leadership penalized him one championship point. That's almost as painful as twapping his ear. Not on a really cold day though. They slapped the crap out of Honda though. I considered that really off-balance.
I'm sorry but I just have to say this. Josh Herrin has no business being the AMA Superbike Champion. It was a fluke and I predict that Esteve Rabat, Simone Corsi, Scott Redding and the rest of the Moto2 paddock will woop his arse next season. He got luck, plain and simple. Rant end.
Man, Scott Redding has had a tough few races here of late. Makes me wonder what's really going on there on pit row. Sepang was very interesting until about lap 10. Lorenzo was pulling no punches with Marquez. Bashed him hard a couple times. It was as though he was throwing a little of his own medicine back at him. Sure was happy to see Dani get out in front and put some distance between him and Marquez. Maybe Lorenzo was paid extra to keep the kid a little busy..
Pol Espargaro is moving up to the premier class as well. I hope Nicky going to the CRT is a good thing for him. Maybe he can squeeze a bit more out of the machines than where we see Randy DePuniet, Colin Edwards, Aleix Espargaro all finishing.

From what I understand, CRT will be running prototype engines next season. Should be a lot more competitive.
