Wife delivered recently with them, works with them, and would allow anyone in the group to deliver her.

It may be a bit of a drive to them for you - not too much further from North Austin or Seton NW... but I don't know if they have privledges at either of those hospitals, as they are mainly at St. Davids Round Rock MC (right next door to their offices).
Thanks for the suggestion of Dr. Fitzpatrick. But, yeah, I think RR may be a little too far for me.. I would prefer to be at a hospital closer to home.

********

With that said, one of the reasons why I am so confused is because Seton NW is the closest hospital to me. However, I read really good things about St. David's Women Center. Even more complicating, are that the OBs that my internist recommended only have hospital privledges at Seton Medical Center. It would be easier if my internist had reccommened a really good dr at Seton NW and all the reviews of St. David ‘s Women Center was bad. LOL. Does anyone have any opinions on these hospitals?

So I guess my followup questions are:
What do you think of the labor/delivery policies at Seton Medical Center, Seton NW, and St. Davids NW Women Center? If you delivered at one of these hospitals, what was your experience? Would you use them again? How was the rooms? Where you given a chance to hold your baby immediately after delivery? If you were like me, and picked the hospital first and then selected a dr, why did you chose the hospital you did?
Sorry I know I have a lot of questions...

Wow, I hope she is okay now. yeah, I find it amazing that most practices don't see a woman until 7-10 weeks. Maybe the risk of anything happening earlier to hurt the woman if it is a tubal pregnancy is low prior to 7-10 weeks? At what point did your daughter in law tube burst?

Oh, I guess I should mention that my internist reccommended the following doctors/practices:
--any doctors at Women's Partner in Health, particularily Dr. Donnell Oliver and Dr. Nash
--Dr. Melissa Winn

From searching online, I read good things about the following doctors:
Dr. Tara Mills and Dr. Litzinger at the Renaissance Women Group
Dr. Mikeal Love
Dr. Christina Sebestyen and Dr. Andrea Campaigne at OB/GYN North

Of the doctors listed above, just based on the numerous positive online reviews on several forums, I would probably use the OB/GYN North Group, unless the Seton hospitals are better (the OB/GYN North only have hospital privledges at St. David's NW Women Center). However, does anyone have any reviews/experiences with any of the other doctors I listed?

I have had two babies with OBGYN North w/ Dr. Sebestyen. There are also midwifes that practice here. I was a little cautious about using a midwife, but had a fantastic experience there. They are not quick to induce.
