I was just about to post that myself...seems as though the connector buses are still running, at least according to the CapMetro website.

Connector buses still run. Don't know what the previous poster talking about. The Crestview Station doesn't seem to have any parking though..... from what I have experienced.

Uh, considering I take the train EVERY DAY to downtown, I should know that there are no connector buses at the downtown station. There is a connector bus at MLK for UT, and another one at Kramer for whatever. And yeah, there's a bus at Howard for people who live in Wells Branch. But the downtown buses are gone. They were discontinued due to low ridership (I rode them when I was pregnant, but once I was no longer er...encumbered, I walked).

All right, let's just put this out there...RooCeleste's post gave the impression that she was talking about the connector buses based downtown. Those are gone. I know this for a fact. I'm a New Yorker who still doesn't know all of the buildings in Austin and I thought the discussion was about downtown/convention area, so I thought the Clements building was based downtown or by the Capitol or something. If there was a connector bus available, I wish I would've known instead of walking in 30 something bitter degrees today.

So here..let me revise my post "There are no more connector buses downtown"
