Wow, I smelled smoke yesterday afternoon in the OakHill area and wondered if we had another wildfire in the hill country.
Quote:
The Hamilton Fire, currently burning along Hamilton Pool Road near Milton Reimer's Ranch Park, is expected to have burned under 200 acres and destroyed structures from a film set.
No homes are threatened by the blaze. The fire destroyed between eight and nine structures from the set of the 2004 film “The Alamo,” which was filmed in the area.
