Your expectation must be reduced in order to have a shot at purchasing something around 200k. For your money though, I do concur that areas like Grant Park or Reynoldstown is a better option, as well as feeling a bit more "progressive", as in, you can feel the changes around you and it is more likely that you will get a higher percentage return in the future.

Va-Hi is considered "nice" by many. The dining options are okay and shopping is mediocre (one block stretch of Soho in NYC can dwarf Va-Hi in terms of clothing options).
