If you are out in public whether it be a store, park , mall or somewhere else and you flip another person off (Give another person the middle finger) you will be looking at anywhere between 5 to 10 years in state prison.

If you are out in public and you give some a crooked eye or mean face you will be looking at anywhere between 2 to 5 years in state prison.

This is no joke and here in Arizona what I have listed above will eventually be Felony criminal offenses in the State of Arizona.
The OP made these fairly wild allegations without any links or authority, and left the discussion. Taking this into a discussion of private prisons is too far off topic. It might be suitable for another thread here, so long as it is kept to an Arizona perspective.

Lots of conjuncture here...REMEMBER...an arrest doesn't mean a conviction! There are some 'bad' cops out there and much can be said at the spur of the moment, ie: "urinating in public will get you on the sex offender list"....BUNK..Police officers often say whatever it takes to get compliance or to "put the fear of G-d" into someone! Just say'n.
