That toilet should be relocated back to the " Welcome to Wasilla " sign where it belongs...

Nope, didn't move, just more locations I've found.
But, I sure would like to move out of wasilly. The toilet would be very fitting.

Well....I got a report that a toilet just like that one was seen being transported in a vehicle just like you have, same color etc..

It just leads to the top of that mount or dam you see at the left of the photo. Right on top there a trail that's wide enough for driving trucks and heavy equipment. But the Corps Of Engineers have gates along the way to stop the public from driving up there. There are at least two of these stairs, and three roads (one at one end of the trail or road, one about half-way, and another near the other end). During the winter months one can drive to the top on two of these access points, and to the other side in the middle access point. This one has a parking area for one to park. People park here, and go for walks on trails that crisscross the low lands of the flood control area (the other side).

However, a lot of people go for daily walks on this trail (on top), which should be a few miles long. I walk up there during the summer and fall seasons (too cold now). I often see moose browsing at the other side of the dam
