All of these photos are wonderful! Thanks for sharing them and giving me a clue what we are in for DH is army and just rec'd orders he must report in May...we're Anchorage bound!

I think a photography class should be a requirement in all educational programs because it makes you see the world rather than just look at it---Author Unknown

Not just the photography but the experience of the outdoors. Trying to capture the sounds, light and peaceful beauty digitally. To share & enjoy again and again. I take many photos but nothing to compare to the beauty of Alaska.

What unit is he going to be in? My husband is currently with 4QM, but I think 2011 is going to be our last year here I'll miss living up here, it's so beautiful. I'd be happy if we could get CO next, but I'm sure we'll probably end up back at Bragg.

Here's a shot from our back fence, I was playing around with some new filters when I took this one.


And this one is the view yesterday from one of the kids' rooms.
