I cannot seem to find out how I can attach a photo(s) to a direct message. Is this even possible?

You can’t “attach” a photo in a DM ~~ ~~ however you can add an “image”. Adding an image you need to first upload the photo to a server like photobucket or flickR, then take that website address url and provide it as a link on the DM to provide an image of a photo. It's the only way to get a photo on a DM.....

Thanks!! I had problems with photobucket so I went with shutterfly. Seems like such a pain just to use it once! See you back in "Karla's territory"..

Each of us have our own favorite photo-sites for different reasons. I started with photobucket but had too much trouble with the up & down loading. I tried FlickR and found it so much better for my pc and me. Easy to work and now I’m a paying customer of there’s.

What do you get for paying them?

“Pay for use” customers get extra storage space and no limits on uploads to the site. I also like the idea of being able to “size” the photo of choice in flickr so that when I post the picture it isn’t oversized for the monitors, and it makes it much faster for those who are viewing the posts. Ever view some posts and it takes a long long time because the picture is so large it fills the monitor? Not what I enjoy.

OK, I just joined Shutterfly and am in the process of trying to get photos uploaded for MonaLisaVito's photo contest, which I am sure all of you have heard about. Shutterfly seems to be pretty straightforward, so when we get back from the beach today I will give it a while.
