    Observation: There was no handwashing soap at the back handwashing sink in the main kitchen room.
    Correction: We require that there be handwashing soap at all handwashing sinks at all times. This violation was immediately corrected by the establishment management.

  • Kitchenware and Tableware (corrected on site)
    Observation: The disposable (not individually wrapped) plastic forks, and plastic spoons, in the customer self-serve area, in front of the "pizza hut"side, were facing in both orientations, in the storage container.
    Correction: All of the handles need to be facing in the same direction-all of the handles need to be facing outward. So that someone does not accidently touch the eating surface of a utensil, when the are reaching into the storage container for their eating utensil(s). This violation was immediately corrected by the establishment management. We recommend but do not require, that individually wrapped single-use utensils be used for this application.
